I hadn't been to a Baskin Robbins in years & I was happy with my favorite flavor Pralines and Cream. The guy behind the counter was very pleasant. We'll be back.

I always have A great experience at Baskin Robins. This place is clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere is very nice. Their ice cream is very fresh and their utensils are sterilized very well (I observe everything). It’s sooooo hard to choose from the many flavors as I had tried most in the past but my favorite is the Old Fashion Butter Pecan. I get it as a two-scoop brownie sundae with caramel drizzled on my whipped cream with a few almonds (Thank Me Later). The staff is Always very polite and helpful especially Mr. Peter. He is Always working and he is very welcoming, patient, and kind with a helpful demeanor. He’s very knowledgeable about the ice creams and drinks and offers suggestions. Baskin Robins is a great place to go to when you’re craving sweets or simply want to hang out with friends because they have patio tables outside for large parties. This BR location also has a drive-thru as well. I go frequently, so make sure you go; I promise you won’t be disappointed! Mr. Peter will greet you with a Smile or his amazing staff!!
I Highly Recommend!! Tierra~

Two Notch Rd. has one of the few remaining Baskin-Robbins in the area. My wife loves the mocha ice cream flavor they have so much that she sent me all the way out here to get a few pints and a cake for a party. Everything looks so good that I ordered a double cone for myself for the ride home. Unfortunately, the ice cream was so soft that it began to melt before he could even hand it to me. I don’t understand how this could be except that they keep it at a higher temperature so that it is easier to scoop. Perhaps they have poor equipment. Or perhaps they’re trying to save money on their power bill. In any case I don’t like ice cream that I have to eat so fast to keep from dripping all over me. Call me crazy.
Service is good here.

It was terrible customer service no one spoke when me and my daughter walk in. Wasn't friendly at all. I ask for a waffle cone and as the cashier was putting my ice cream scoop into the cone it broke & on top of that she was touching the cone with her bare hands ( disgusting) Then the manager then say to me that he could remake my cone but it will be 20 minutes. I definitely change my mind and just ask for a cup instead. Definitely a bad bad experience for me and highly upset that I still paid $15 for this type of customer service. And drove 20 minutes to such experience.. definitely won't be back!
