I booked my reservation through the Hilton Honors app. It was a little misleading with the location description. This hotel is not on the beach but it’s about a 4-5 minute walk. Not too bad, but if you are expecting to walk out the door and see the ocean, this isn’t the one. The room was a nice size and the a/c worked like a dream. One of our beds was really squeaky-that was kinda annoying and there was hair in our shower. My biggest issues were the lack of breakfast and how expensive everything is in the hotel. $4.50 for a 16oz coke is crazy and the staff was really unpleasant not rude but not friendly either. Same two girls all weekend and seemed like they were bothered by anyone with questions. Beautiful hotel, great pool, close to food and shops-overall I give it a 6/10.

We loved our stay here! Our room was clean and nice. We had a balcony that was over the pool and it was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the beach. It was close to a lot of things. CVS, restaurants and a gas station, were within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

The front desk service at this hotel was exceptional! Ms. Mae listened and took interest in the issue with my room booking and documented my concerns. And Lisa was most helpful in getting my room issue resolved. She was very, pleasant, professional, & attentive to my needs. Both ladies provided top tier service and should be commended and rewarded for their efforts. They are truly shining examples of excellence within your hotel and the Hilton brand. Mae at the Hilton was fantastic. She made the check-in process quick, easy, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service can make a huge difference in a hotel stay, and Mae definitely delivered. I had a very disappointing experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was extremely rude, ignored us, and was completely unaccommodating. We booked this stay four months in advance and specifically requested a balcony view, which we did not receive.
The staff overall was very unprofessional. The only pleasant employee I encountered during my entire stay was Lisa, who was kind and helpful but unfortunately, she was the exception.
When I entered the room, I was shocked to see mold on the window, and the view was terrible with no balcony as promised. For a hotel that advertises itself the way it does, this was completely unacceptable.
We stayed for five days, and housekeeping did not come once. On the third day, I called to request service, and they told me they would “leave a note.” That response alone shows the lack of care and organization at this hotel.
Every morning only reinforced how misleading their advertising is it simply does not match the actual experience. When I tried to address these issues with the front desk, they dismissed my concerns and even said I wasn’t giving enough reasons to justify my complaints. Overall this was a frustrating and disappointing stay, I would never recommend staying here.
