I would never deal with this company again. Simple tax return for myself and husband. Did the return incorrectly. I had to point out the error they made. Refiled and my return was still wrong. Refiled again and I am still waiting for CRA to complete 6 months after bringing it in. The only thing this company knew how to do was take my money. BBB suggested I file a complaint with Chartered accountants of BC and I will.
