I was extremely satisfied with the crews and the work performed - They get a 5+ rating. They were thoughtful, caring and very accommodating and work steadily and very hard. One small bump - I was notified a crew would arrive very early one morning - they did not show up - I waited until 2:50 p.m. to call - "crew switched & don't know why". They scheduled another crew for that day & they arrived at 3:40 p.m. so I was very satisfied that they re-scheduled a crew for the same day and I was understanding as to the amount of time & effort must go into scheduling this type of restoration. However, I'm glad I called so it could be corrected. Everyone that was involved should be congratulated on a job well done and especially James Hiscoe who took the time from his busy schedule to visit me during one of my melt down days. It helped and it meant alot to me.
