Pinnacle limousine doesn't honor there warranty I sent hundreds of thousands of dollars with this company and now I'm in court fighting for them to pay for repairs for bad workmanship my one limo after they built it a few months later the drive shaft broke in the middle of the run called frank and told him about this and he told me to get it fixed and give him the bill and he'd pay for it I did and then he stopped answering my calls and never paid for his faulty work he did he lied to me then after this the hinges on the jet door he put on my limo went bad can you believe this guy used house hinges on this jet door and he used speaker wiring for the wiring in the jet door does he do this on all his builds ? I have pitcures of all this to show anyone that wants to see this And on one door it rubs as you close it he made the door to big for the opening and didn't make the door adjustable so I had to pay several thousand dollars to fix this problem and the jet door repair also cost several thousands of dollars to fix as well also there was carpet damage in one spot a panel missing on the side by the jet door he said fix it and send him the bill which he never paid it either guess he doesn't care about customer service or his warranty there are several other issues i had also like drivers door glass rubbing on the center window because he didn't build the limo right he should have left room between them for settling as he blamed for this issue instead of owning up for things he just makes excuses there are more things he did wrong also let's just move on and say if I had to get another limo built I'm going to check out other places like quality coach builder or lime light coach builder or moonlight coach builder or anyone else who will honor there warranty and appreciate there customer as frank has not done with me
