I came into this DASSM Certification course insecure about my lack of Agile knowledge, despite leading a team for three years and counting. I felt the course would be too intense after finishing the pre-course reading. It didn't make sense to me. But, Jonathan Lee conducted the course at a manageable, steady pace, and made all the information around Disciplined Agile accessible. He took the time during and after to help his students. Lo and behold, I passed the exam on the first try! If you want to take your Agile journey to the next level, this is a course to do it.

I have been fortunate to participate in Agile training and Agile “Coffee” coaching conversations with Anthony Mersino and his team at Vitality Chicago, and they have all been exceptional. I recently completed the Certificate in Agile Practices Program at Northwestern University, where Anthony Mersino was the instructor for the classes I attended. Anthony brought his strong knowledge of agile concepts, his experience with coaching and supporting agile teams, as well as his humor to each of the classes. I gained an understanding of the benefits of adopting an agile mindset, of various agile frameworks (focus on Scrum), and of skills and techniques that I can use in working with agile teams. It was a great learning experience. I would highly recommend Anthony as an instructor or coach to anyone interested in learning more about agile.

We needed someone to help us move from what we called Agile to properly using Agile and Scrum. Anthony provided Agile and Scrum Training and coaching for my four development teams. The training classes were great - fast paced with a good mix of theory, videos and hands-on exercises. The coaching helped support new habits and reinforce the mindset change. I recommend Anthony and Vitality Chicago to anyone moving from waterfall to true agile development.
