Dr. Hauk is one of the best. He has been helping my daughter with her egg allergy while other allergists didn’t want to do certain testing. Always willing to listen to any questions that I may have.

I had a great experience getting my eczema treated at this location. The doctor, Dr. Hauk, was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and answered my questions in a way I could easily understand. I eventually got started on Dupixent and my eczema control has never been better!

Been receiving allergy shots here for the last year and a half and seriously regret choosing this office. First, to give it credit, you don't need an appointment for your maintenance shot and can walk in and out in roughly 25 min. That's where the pros end though.

Cons:
- its impossible to get ahold of admin or staff, which makes billing, refilling vials, or general questions a nightmare. Over my time, I've called about a dozen times and only got ahold of someone probably twice. They will not call you back if you leave a message.
- its hours often vary from what's posted on their website
- their office is always about 80 degrees
- and most importantly, as others point out, they're practically designed to make you miss your maintenance shots and force your next shots to cost $300+. Every time my vial has run out, they did not warn me in advance or automatically renew it. I've gone there only for staff to tell me my vial is already empty and I need to order another, which takes about 2+ months, which then forces you off the maintenance schedule. Their billing also refuses to order a new vial if you have an outstanding bill (which for me was an issue due to them having the wrong contact info, so I could not get my bills, and going back to the staff issue - they're impossible to reach so the problem compounded itself exponentially). They make absolutely zero effort to inform you about your needed maintenance schedule.

In sum, they are completely disorganized, impossible to contact, and unreliable. Their incompetence will end up costing you thousands of dollars more than if you went to a well-functioning office.

The office front desk staff is friendly and always willing to answer my questions or find the answers to my questions. Also, there have been many times I’ve arrived for my shots only to realize I have forgotten to take an allergy pill, and the clinical staff has always offered me one with no issues or judgement. I can understand the negative reviews though as their office schedule is constantly shifting making it harder for people with strict work schedules to come in and get their shots or book an appointment. Their payment system is also unreliable often inaccurately reflecting the balance on patient accounts and lacks the ability to show them that some patients are on a payment plan. I know they are currently going through a lot of administrative and operational changes, so I get it and I am willing to give them some grace during this time as their staff is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend prioritizing staff retention during this time of transition as they are truly the reason I haven’t found a new provider office.

I recently had to get paperwork filled out for my kid to start school & I was really surprised at how an allergist’s office has very limited knowledge of how to correctly & efficiently fill out Food allergy action plans & medication authorization forms. Their goal is to quickly get you off their backs & phone lines. I made attempts to get a hold of them on a Tuesday, Wednesday did not hear back, Thursday went to the patient portal to make my request again, still no word so when Friday came around I had to light a fire on their tail all day for the paperwork I needed & they were of course annoyed. Not my fault or problem they never answer phones or call back all week.

The only person who is willing to work with you is Matthew; everyone else it’s like talking to a brick wall.
