Worst place ever

I ordered double hamburger and they only gave me one patty. They claimed i ate half the burger already and would not compensate me with my original double hamburger. I cannot believe the manager is so cheap that they cannot afford a double hamburger. Avoid this place. Cannot believe this mcdonald is so cheap!!!

Rated relative to other McDonald's restaurants.

This McDonald's does a fairly good job of being, actually 'fast' food. The interior is nice, fairly clean and even when it's busy things keep rolling. I've yet to have an issue with my orders

Ever since the food tampering incident at the other location in Shawinigan-Sud; this is my go to restaurant if I wish to order McDonald's.

Ordered online. They took too long. My order was taken out from the screen. I know they are doing it for their stat. In reality, it was not ready.

Errors in orders. They didn't give me coffee. Bigmak was not made correctly. Haste at the expense of quality.

Place est tellement décevante.
Des pommes pourries servie à un enfant.
Passé date.
Cheeseburger servie SANS fromage.

Worst location EVER!!
I gave them their chances way too many times before giving them a bad review.
Never waited this long at a drive-through in my life. Enough that I left the line once and went over the plastic posts to get out of there.
They rarely get my order right and the food is always a mess in the box.
Asked for a hamburger Happy Meal with apple slices, they didn’t have any apple slices left so they suggested carrots - we got fries (thanks!!) no yogurt - unreal.
And… we got a CHEESE burger.
