My experience with Mutual Mortgage was nothing but phenomenal! The team was professional, fantastic communicators, and proficient in every way. During “office hours” I can’t always take a call and they understood this and accommodated to make sure that the process continued smoothly from the beginning. Through each step within the process, they used to email me, introduce me to the person I would be working with next, and provide me a radical explanation of what to expect and what was needed. Before reaching out to them, I did a touch “shopping”. Their fees, the various options available, interest rates, closing costs, etc. blew everyone else out of the water!! I will highly recommend them!!!

Nick was great to work with. So far I have purchased 2 homes and done a refinance. Everything has gone perfectly every time. They respond in a timely manner, they have knowledgeable people and treat everyone in such a manner that it is almost unheard of in customer service. Any future mortgage-related things I do in the future will most definitely be done through Mutual mortgage.

The knowledge you'll see online for yourself detailing your options for closing costs and interest rates puts you within the driver’s seat and allows you to choose the simplest deal for you.
