They did our hardwood floors and from beginning to end was a nightmare, not only did they do a terrible install job, but after 19 months of fighting with them, I gave up, which is what they were aiming for. They would promise me they would fix the floor, and then tell my husband the opposite, they would say they would send someone, and when no one showed up and I called, they would say that they thought the problem had been taken care of, and we would start all over again. They just lie lie and lie - and they keep changing their name slightly to By Kennedy flooring etc - just scam artists
