I am a BW Rewards Platinum member who stays in BWs all across the country. This property, while conveniently located and upkept on the outside, had many individually minor issues inside that mounted up to earn it the low rating. It is obvious that maintenance is a low priority by observed situations: (1) the door to our room was so unlevel as to make automatic closing impossible -it had to be yanked closed every time (2) the elevator sounds like it might fail every time in use & was out of service after a false fire alarm - we were on the 3rd floor (3) the ice machines on the 2nd & 3rd floors were not working, the 3rd floor had water dripping into the elevator doorway from the non-operational ice machine that is just outside a door marke "office" (4) the trim in our room was separating from the ceiling/wall in may places looking unfinished or shotty (5) breakfast was not ready by the stated time 2 out of 3 days of stay, not even the COFFEE was ready (6) breakfast was EXACTLY the SAME every day of a 3 day stay which I have never seen from a BW Plus in 10 yrs of staying with BWs (7) the A/C unit sounded like an airplane was landing in our room the entire it was running & there were 2 different thermostats on the wall for some odd reason (8) the bedspread was clean, but had rips in it.
None of these things alone would illicit a low rating from me, but all of them together reflects a very low priority for maintenance of the areas most customers use & therefore of customer service overall.
On the plus side, the rooms were clean, location is good, cost is good for the area and there is a pool. I probably would stay here again, just with my expectations adjusted.

We frequent this hotel 3-4x each year, staff is always very courteous & friendly.
Rooms always Clean.
Common areas were better cared for THIS stay than ever before!
Breakfast is always good!
This stay we noticed some long-term occupants,(there since our previous visit) set up at an entrance/exit, smoking in lawn chairs, carrying on some household tasks...just seemed a bit strange.

First off all, we were supposed to have adjoining rooms and they GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY, we booked the room a month and a half in advance and they gave it away. We had to change our keycard everyday, multiple times a day because it stopped working. Open wires under the air conditioner. AC stopped working. And also, absolutely no bacon at the breakfast buffet which was very irritating. And the concrete on the bottom of the pool is so rough it cut my toe. Absolutely no housekeeping during our 4 day stay, and when we came in there was stains on our sheets. The elevator got stuck and the people who work at the hotel tried to fix it themselves. There is also mold on the wall. The floors must not be swept often because there is HAIR on the floor. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I am very disappointed.

The area by the steps are so dirty and need to be thoroughly cleaned. Room doors don’t shut all the way. When I first came the hotel was very clean. House keepers come in your room even if the sign is on the door or will knock at 8:54 am. Only one washer and dryer which sounds like it will break down at any moment. I’ve noticed that they don’t change the comforters between guest which is nasty. The staff can be nice except when they overcharge you for your reservation . Fire alarm always goes off from kitchen staff. Elevators break down often so if you’re elderly or disabled keep this in mind. Snacks and drinks are overpriced might as well go to Qt across the street. . They will give you free water if you ask 😏

We were invited out by a friend for a convention and stayed at this hotel since it was a short drive to the shuttle parking. I figured a review would be better since I don’t know if I could communicate properly in person.

Pros
-Decent breakfast options. Never seen a yogurt machine before as a breakfast option.
-Room appeared clean during our stay.
-The staff were kind.

Cons
-The staff are not fluent in English so communication is limited. I was feeling unwell and asked if they had any saltines I could have or purchase. I rephrased to salted crackers and they had to look up an image before they could tell me they didn’t have any.
-Many of the outlets had a loose fit which is a fire hazard.
-The office chair in our room was broken when we arrived.
-The door never fully shut unless you pushed on it. Other friends who stayed on the same floor as us had the opposite problem and their door would always slam.
-Two different ceiling leaks happened on the first floor during our four day visit, one that we had to report to staff.
-The AC never worked and the room never got cool. I got heat sickness while at the convention and returning to a hot room did not help at all. Always had to run the fan on high for any relief.
-The smart TV never worked. It could turn on but no satellite or WiFi channels worked and you couldn’t use your phone to mirror a streaming service to the screen.

Overall we had a fun trip, but I don’t believe we would be coming back to this hotel in the future.
