This organization is a scam. I had started with a therapist in December, was told in January to keep in mind that my new deductible has not been met yet given the therapist knew I was on disability and money was tight. 6 sessions later I find I have been billed 100 per session and now owed a balance because they raised their rate. I inquired why the insurance was not being billed and after numerous phone messages I sent an email and without one response to any phones calls they send me an email that says they don't take my insurance, I HAVE NO INSURANCE COVERAGE. Though in December I was charged the expected rate of 25.00. So now I am in for $575 that I don't have, it went on a credit card that now I cannot pay. What a scam. Cowards can't even have the decency to call me. Just invoice me. Disgusting and shameful. Now all the work I had started in down the tubes and I have to start all over somewhere else.
