I called Saturday morning, June 26th and was scheduled for Monday. I got a call at around 3 pm advising the technician is on his way. He arrived at about 3:15. When I noticed that he was pulling back the cables I asked if he was done and he answered yes. I asked if he was going to open the other drain in the middle of the floor but not far from the drain he snaked, he said he does not have the tool. How can he not have the tool? I also asked if he was going to dry/mop the floor because there’s water, he said he does not do that. I think it took him less half an hour to do everything - from getting his equipment out of his van down my basement, snaking and putting it back in his van! That was the fastest for this type of work done in my basement (flooding due to heavy rainfall from day before) and most expensive! I called the office and told the receptionist what I thought about the work, that other companies I called before always cleaned up after work was done, some even sanitized. I also said that I was not satisfied considering what I had to pay. She said the price is due to being an emergency. I said to her but you still have to deliver the work. They should value and not take advantage of their customers specially in times like this.

Tried to price gouge me last Saturday on a water heater malfunction that they installed 7 months ago. Said I needed a thermocoupler but the pilot tube was actually cracked. I needed a whole new water heater which was warrantied by the manufacturer but I had to have another plumber come out because this plumber left because I wouldn't pay him 400 dollars to install a new thermocoupler. Not professional, safe, or customer service oriented. Note the plumber just called concerning this review. He called my husband a liar and threatened to come over to our house because he only lives a couple blocks away to kick my b@@ch a$$ husband's butt. Very unprofessional and threatening
