My hail damage had left my roof in disrepair, and my insurance preferred contractor quoted $2,000 more and canceled my repair after a year of waiting. However, Johnny from Excellent Roofing & Renovations heard my urgent request and promptly scheduled a repair within a week at a much more reasonable price.

The friendly and efficient crew arrived promptly within a week. My house is 2,800 square feet, and the roof is large and long, but they managed to complete all the gutters and downspouts in about seven hours. The second day, a different crew arrived to finish my fascia, window screens, and some shingles repairs in about three hours.

Johnny, the owner, is incredibly friendly and excellent at communication, a rare quality in Calgary these days. I highly recommend contacting Johnny from Excellent Roofing & Renovations for any roofing project you may need.

I had a great experience with this roofing company and would definitely recommend them. I contacted them for roofing work, and from the beginning, they were professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain the condition of the roof, what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions clearly.
The team was punctual, organized, and completed the work neatly. I appreciated that they paid attention to important details such as proper drainage, overall roof condition, and making sure the work was finished properly. The final result looked clean and well done, and I felt confident with the quality of their workmanship.
What I liked most was their customer service. They were respectful, responsive, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. It’s not always easy to find a roofing company you can trust, but my experience with them was very positive.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would be happy to use them again in the future. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding service your company provided following a recent roofing emergency at my home.

On Sunday, May 31, 2026, I discovered that my roof was leaking, with water entering through the window sill and ceiling of a second floor bedroom. I contacted your office the following morning, June 1, 2026, to request an emergency repair. Although adverse weather conditions including rain, wind, and cool temperature, made it unsafe for your crew to work on Monday and Tuesday, your team responded promptly once conditions improved.

On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, your crew arrived to assess the damage and completed the repair to the leaking flat roof the same day. I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism with which the work was carried out, preventing any further damage to my home's interior.

Excellent Roofing completed a full re-roofing of my home approximately twelve years ago. True to your warranty, you covered the cost of the roofing materials for this repair and only charged for labour; a testament to the integrity and accountability your company brings to its work.

The combination of prompt communication, skilled workmanship, and steadfast commitment to your warranty gives me complete confidence in recommending Excellent Roofing to others. I am grateful for your courteous and reliable service.

Thank you for your dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Navigating hail damage claims, assessments, and restorations is not easy specially when demands are high and not all contractors are equal or available.
It took me a while to find the right company and I'm glad it did because Excellent Roofing is truly excellent.

Communication is clear, responsiveness is prompt, and work is organized, timely, and of quality.

Johnny's professionalism, resourcefulness, and empathy are all above and beyond.

Minimal effort from the client with maximum value back.
Really appreciated!

Highly recommend and in fact sent several referrals already with confidence.

Thank you, Excellent Roofing and Renovations team!
