Had nothing but problems with their ultimate bamboo flooring due to excessive shrinking and click joint failures. I will never buy any Goodfellow flooring again.

I purchased $15,000 worth of Bruce Hardwood flooring from them in May 2006. I have had a problem with it crowning and cupping. It took them until January 2009 to come out and look at them. Provided no information and I am still waiting for follow-up from them. DO NOT DEAL with them.
