Bob did all my flooring for 100 apartments I built in Winnipeg the past 5 years.

He will be doing my cottage house in Gimli as well as 6 more apartments I build in River Heights in 2017.

been having some work done recently from creative carpets. Very poor work coming from these 2 guys working at my home, they come and go as they please leaving doors wide open, they dissapeared for 3 hours today claiming they "had to go to the bathroom". these guys leave there tools and garbage all over my house and don't clean there mess. for the past few days ive came home to empty energy drinks, pizza boxes, and wrappers around the house. There's been no shows for 2 days and no explanation. They come everyday around 10 but there sopose to be here at
8. My flooring is now taking triple the time to get done than it was planned to be. overall very poor work from creative carpets. not recommend

We also had problems. Huge delays. No shows. Came and went as they pleased leaving doors unlocked. Installers confused over scope of work. Phone calls, emails not returned by Deb. Minor damages. Did not clean up after themselves, which is hard to take when the install time is more than triple what you expected. The flooring itself looks very good. I think a code of conduct for all staff and contractors might help smooth out the current "don't give a damn" feeling.

We ordered engineered hardwood and cork from them. Our cork took forever and then came in wrong. They offered us about 10% off if we wanted to keep the incorrect stuff, we said no so they ordered the correct cork and it came in wrong!. On July 17th the reordered for the 3rd time and today August 1st we still haven't got our cork that ships from Quebec. Brutal. They seem to think it's a joke. I've had no flooring in my brand new kitchen since June 19th. This entire job should have been completed by the end of June. NEVER AGAIN will i get anything from them.

SUB CONTRACTED FOR THE COMPANY DID REALLY GOOD WORK FOUND LITTLE MISTAKES (WHICH WE WERE WILLING TO FIX NO CHARGE THE SAME DAY)... NOW TRYING NOT TO PAY... SUB CONTRACTORS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE

We have had nothing but problems with the carpet and vinyl installed by creative carpets. Flooring was never installed properly - carpet started lifting and fraying at the joins within a week, edges of vinyl were cut jaggedly, patterns were not lined up on the stairs, etc... Just a lot of very poor quality work. Installers also left our doors open after they left, washed glue down our kitchen sink (and on top of our dishes), damaged a painting on the wall, and some food from our kitchen was missing when they were done (!?). Company didn't care and repairs were never finished. Do not recommend creative carpets in any way and disgusted by their work quality and ethic.
