THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE THEY ARE RUDE AND ALWAYS MAKE YOU FEEL RUSHED AND NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY ARE NEVER CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY DON'T NEED THEM FOR BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY UNHELPFUL AND I AM SO UPSET WITH THERE SERVICE THAT I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. I AM GOING TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE OWNER ABOUT THE SERVICE.
DON'T GO WITH TWIGS THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND TREAT CUSTOMERS AWFUL!!!!

I have been there many times and have ordered or picked up beautiful flowers from them . The staff are very friendly and they sure know how to make the store make you go WOW every time you walk in. And the dog, soooooooo cute. I would recomend it to anyone who is looking for flowers or a great gift you wont find anywhere else. Keep it up twigs!!!!!

I HAVE HEARD NOTHING ELSE GOOD ABOUT THEM. EVERYONE AGREES THAT STAFF AT TWIGS ARE UNHELPFUL AND THE NEED A LESSON 101 IN CUCTOMER CARE!

With an attitue like that no wonder they treated you like that, and no I don't work there but still like the work they do. Poor thing, maybe someone should buy you flowers!!!
