I guess I should give them at least one star because I'm hoping it was just a bad day. I was dealing with another "Big Florist" in the area and although I gave them a week's notice they failed me. So I looked for another shop and came across Academy. It was less than 3 hours until the dinner and I was desperate. I walked in with high hopes and when I began talking with the young lady behind the counter my hopes fell off the cliff. She was dead pan and displayed no courtesy whatsoever. I knew within two minutes I had walked into the wrong place. It was a horrible experience. She should not be allowed to deal with the public and her place was probably in the back of the store. My guess is she was the owners daughter or something. No thinking Human Resources manager would hire her. I'll never set foot in that place again, no matter how long I live.

The staff was extremely patient with me, as a fussy customer, who had to watch the budget on the flower arrangements for my church. They were very friendly and very helpful.

My mom loved the arrangement and said it went beautifully with one of the paintings she had on sale at the art gallery. Your flower arrangements are always lovely, your service is reliable, and your pricing is excellent. Thank you again.

I come all the time to Academy Florist and I always receive superior customer service. I walk out with a beautiful arrangement that beats my expectations every time! I am very satisfied with the service and arrangements.

Spent almost $100 on a dozen roses. Came home and they were dead. Called and told the owner and she said to bring them back and she wld replace them. When I showed up to have them replaced they said they would call me in 24 hrs with information regarding when I cld pick them up. I never received a call back. So I went phoned and said I was going to get new flowers and when I showed up she gave me a dozen dead roses that were nothing like the ones I had! Discusting!
