Terrible. Ordered flower delivery to a Halifax address, 4 days in advance, for Valentines day. Driver decided he didn't want to drive that far (Clayton Park), so he brought the flowers back to the shop. Neither the driver, nor the shop, thought about calling me to, uh, you know, let me know of this. I had to call them at 4PM to ask why no delivery had taken place, and they said, 'oh yeah, well, you know, the driver brought them back...'. Then said they would try to refund my credit card the next day, because they were busy.
What a terrible business.
