I specifically told this florist that I did not want get well on the card only to find the cheap, amateur looking arrangement had a "get well" plastic stick in the arrangement. When I called to express my disappointment with the flowers I was offered money off or a new arrangement. I asked for the money reduction and was then told he would call me back within the hour. Three days passed before I called back only to be told, not very nicely, that they were very busy and the arrangement was acceptable the way they sent it. So if you want to be disappointed, treated rudely and lied to, this is the place to go.
