The Ladies at floral factory bent over backwards for my special request of black roses. Right from the beginning they were willing to do whatever it took to get them for me. They were delivered Valentines day and the woman whom recieved them was absolutely astounded. Her reaction was better than i ever would have expected. Thank you ladies, great job!

My Father recently passed away and for the first time ever I was daunted by the emotional and sad task of choosing arrangements that would suit a man's man who loved the outdoors! It took only minutes for Lillian at the Floral Factory to understand and create our vision. On the day of the funeral, our hearts were at peace and my Mother smiled as they honoured my Father and exceed our expectations. The funeral home staff said they had never seen such original arrangements. Cheers to Lillian, her husband and the staff. They truly are a business with heart!

the Floral Factory is the only flower shop in city of Cambridge as far as I am concerned. No other can compare. The flowers/arrangements succeed my expectations every time. The prices are the best and the customer service is outstanding...I am completely comfortable placing an order over the phone, explaining what I would like ( sight unseen) and they get it perfect everytime...I go nowhere else!! Thank you for being a cut above the rest...Candy

Floral Factory supplied the flowers for my recent wedding. The bouquets and centrepieces were beautiful and I was especially impressed with the way they decorated my wedding cake with fresh flowers. Everyone was impressed - including our photographers who have been to many weddings and said that these were the nicest flowers that they had seen. The staff are very friendly and helpful! I recommend Floral Factory to everyone I know.

I've ordered and received flowers many times from the Floral Factory. They are our favourite florist. We've had many compliments and are frequently asked where the arrangements came from. I recommend Floral Factory to anyone- they've never disappointed us.
