The florist did not receive my order until 2 days later, at which point, the visitation and funeral were already over. She called me after she got the order and was barely apologetic about the delay. The flowers were delivered after three days, were not what I ordered and part of my message was omitted. Same day delivery and satisfaction guarantees on website are useless. Florist refused to make a partial refund of my payment as she said she made the arrangement fuller due to late delivery.
