Absolutely poor execution at every level in this office. New address isn't being added to the system, and thousands of dollars in packages are being returned because no one wants to do their job and deliver to a new neighborhood. I've been in there 3 times. Personally spoke to my carrier who said it wouldn't be an issue now that he knows I'm here.

Amazon Mail Services has a beautiful ring to it.

Why even have a phone? Its sad when other post offices even comment on the issue. Nobody ever answers the phone! I had a mail redelivery request snd nobody made an attempt to redeliver my mail I need to sign for. I have cameras and positive nobody came to my door the first time to even sign for the mail to begin with. Not the first time Ive had issues with this post office. Wish I could switch offices.

This post office is getting over on people I went in to to get the key/ lock change for my mailbox due to moving the man working his name was either Cameron or Craig I can’t remember but he was a pop belly glasses wearing red in the face seemed racist told me there’s a $30 charge I asked why no other post office from Ohio to Georgia has ever done this he proceeded to explain to me it’s because Middletown has the MOST Section 8 participants in the United States and they lose keys all the time. He was so concerned with Section 8 and kept talking about it wasting my time and the folks behind me in line time he seemed really upset about low income when all I needed to know was why is there a charge. I feel it’s illegal on my receipt the $30 charge said nothing about a key/lock change it was miscellaneous. Now also I didn’t move to Middletown I live in Liberty Township which he didn’t know but what did the folks that have Section 8 have to do with me? For him to work with public and the post office with his thought process is a no it’s very clear and he makes it known how he feels about certain people Middletown y’all need to do better

Every time we have package need to signed. They never ring out door bell. They just make us go pick up it at post office and what a point make people pay for delivery and don’t do it . Terrible job and not do right job. I wish we have the same deliveried guys know how do good job.

This is the Absolute worst post office I have ever dealt with across the US. These folks lost my package or delivered it incorrectly and it was stolen what I mean is it was too big to fit in my mail box so they left it around the mail box but should’ve placed a notification in my box stating this so I could pick it up from the post office or left a key so I could open the other box and get it. This was not done so I went to the post office on 07/08, 07/09 and 07/11 the first day the older Caucasian woman said it was out for delivery on 07/08 along with my other package how when informed delivery said it was delivered on 07/06. Tuesday I went back up there the Black guy with glasses/ dreads said it was delivered on 07/06 just like informed delivery said I spoke with Eric who was helpless he said give him 24 hours to check into it and he would call me back This man never called me back I went back up there on Thursday he claim he was speaking to the post man who’s aware and that he will personally place my package at my doorstep he said it’s in the locked mail box the one they should’ve put a key in for me to open now mind you I was told they don’t have keys they were lost. Also the mail boxes are broken so he lied to me. These folks don’t even care to do their job right if so the postman would have reported that the mailboxes were broke so they can be fixed but no they rather deliver mail every day the wrong way and not say anything.

Update: It’s 09/13 and the mail boxes still broke on top of the mail man not knowing how to read I get the neighbors mail sometimes I also didn’t get a letter I was expecting the second week of August this is sad
