I have had 3 packages supposedly delivered in to days that wasn't delivered went to post office and they said they got delivered to the wrong address whats really weird the lady that delivered them quit the same day tell me thats no strange arlington post office is straight garbage

Apparently you can't mail anything at a post office when 1 person is at lunch...makes perfect sense why I never use usps

If I could give them a minus I would. My sister-in-law sent my husband and I gift cards through Priority Mail. Got a notification that the package was delivered in our mailbox. Was home and checked the mail immediately and there was no package. Went to the post office the next morning. A supervisor took the info and went in the back. They delivered the package to the wrong house! Long story short - we never got the cards and even though my sister-in-law bought insurance - they won't honor the claim. They are a total rip off and yet they are raising rates. $150 down the drain.

Terrible service from letter carriers and post office in general . Mail holds are a gamble, sometimes they will hold the mail and not resume service until you call regardless of what you fill out on the yellow card, don't try to do mail hold online, they ignore those requests, or other times they will deliver mail and ignore the hold even if you fill out yellow card. I sometimes think it would be best to take mailbox down while i am on vacation, and forget about trying to contact via phone the operator never answers.

I ordered a PO box over 2 weeks ago and still never received a key. Been in 3 times to check and management still hasn’t done anything. I feel bad for the front desk clerks. They have no support, understaffed, and no one cares. Typical government efficiency.
