I ordered the 'Happy Thoughts' arrangement for my mom's birthday and was very disappointed with how it turned out. The photo of the arrangement online is very misleading. The version my mom received looked cheap. I e-mailed Riverside Flowers twice to voice my dissatisfaction and got no response. They clearly don't care about their customers as they don't acknowledge complaints and skimp on quality.
