Genuinely one of the best post offices you could go to. The other reviewers haven’t spent time in a larger city’s office. The staff is outgoing and hard working.

Absolutely awful customer service. My husband and I had an appointment to do our passports at this location because they offer photo services and the person who helped us, Lisa, had no idea how to use the camera at all and sent us to Walgreens to get the photos taken. We get back and she says they’re not acceptable and we have to come back a different day, as they were done for the day with passport appointments. We took off the day from work to get this done and even arrived 15 minutes before our appointment. The staff that we dealt with seemed completely clueless on the process and what was needed so just save yourself the trip and find another local post office.

I went to the post office 6 minutes before it closed and was treated with impatience, unhelpful attitude and unkindness...it is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at ANY post office and have always been treated with respect...by every other postal worker there except the one who so rudely waited on me

I previously moved & my old place changed the door on the front door so the mailman couldn't get inside so I wasn't able to get to my mailbox & so I went to the PO looking for my mail... The lady looked & came back & told me there was Nothing there for me & that it would've All been sent back to sender.. UM OK so what can I do since I had 2 packages coming & I've changed my address & they wont delivered for over a week.. Fill this out & well have to keep it here.. Ok so that's what I did, I then went in 4 days later & I got the young man that works there & he was Amazingly Helpful & also gave me All my mail that was there previously but I guess they couldn't find.. I had mail fr Disability that had a time limit, yet She said I had NO mail there, yet it was dated for 2wks beforehand. .. How hard is it to do your Freaking Job!! He brought me out 2wks worth of mail & both packages, that clearly Werent Sent back.. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Whoever was working today on April 15 at Almost 5 PM should be ashamed of themselves. When the public comes in to ask for help especially when the main doors are still open, one would expect the follow-through while in the lobby. Instead greeted with the window being slammed in their face with two people still inside… It’s just not a good look. No wonder everyone moves out of that area. It’s because everyone has that mentality, small town, USA.. Here’s an idea if you don’t wanna go the extra mile don’t work there. You’re in the business of customer service. Poor poor poor service. I’m not really sure how that woman still has a job !!
