Ever since a week ago my mail has not been going to my postal box and sometimes even to the neighbors. This is super frustrating and it sends emails saying that there’s mail but when I go to check there isn’t any. If this is not figured out I will send a complaint to the company please gets this figured out as soon as possible I have important mail that is not getting to me.

I love the fast and friendly service at my local post office! The staff are always helpful and welcoming, and the facility has everything I need—clean, convenient, and well-stocked with mailbox access, card supplies, envelopes, and more. Today, Janet greeted me with a warm smile and provided excellent service.
It made my day (Tax due date day!!!)

What an absolute disaster of a post office. DO NOT use these guys, I repeat and implore you. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK. They failed to label my package as fragile and had been smashed so badly by the time it reached the receiver that USPS discarded it. DONT TAKE THE RISK. Trust the reviews, seriously. Anyone leaving more than 1 star is a bot or came and picked up stamps, anyone actively using this facility does not like it.

This post office is one of my favorites in Tucson. The staff is friendly and professional. I’ll definitely come back!

We have not been getting our important mail. People are getting their mail to us marked ”moved, no forwarding address.” We filled out a change of address to the Tucson address in mid-October. We have been to speak to employees at the Thornydale PO twice now. They take notes and one said he would call us back when the computers were back up - but we got no call. This is ridiculous and it’s costing us money. We haven’t gotten our ordered our auto tags 3 times but have not received them. We did not get the letter from the new HOA management team saying where to send our dues. Who knows what else is missing! This is for an address on Camino Hornos, Tucson 85742.
