I love this store. I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
They go the extra mile to help, which is really refreshing. There's a good selection and I'm impressed that I can find all my organic supplement and grocery items there.
Last time I was there they had a really interesting info session with a certified naturopath, which was free.

This health food shop has a very wide selection of vitamins, beauty products and organic foods. I can always find what i want and more there. The main issue I have is with the service and advice.

The service is poor and the advice can be preachy. The line-up is always long.

As a better alternative try the nutrition house at Fairview, one level down from the food court. The guy that works there studied in nutrition and natural cures for 18 years, and he always takes the time to give you advice. While the selection is not as wide as the Health tree, the service is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable.
