He also holds a masters degree in biotechnology and bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Hoosien is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases. He is bilingual and fluent in both English and German. Dr. Hoosien treats patients with cardiac arrhythmias. He has a special interest in catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation, management of supraventricular and ventricular tachycardia, and cardiac resynchronization therapy.
