Their products, prices and customer service are all amazing. The staff is extremely helpful whether it is with an order or just talking brewing, equipment, etc. As a bonus, you can see everything on their website, if there is any question, you can also chat online with this company immediately. I'm happy to have found them early on in my home brewing journey.
