Recently i noticed the service has deteriorated. The staff is very rude and they change the rules very frequently.
1 day they say you can pay by email transfer and immediately after 2-3 days they say you have to send a cheque.
Even for cheques they wanted the picture and the post office receipt which is very annoying because when you drop a cheque at any post box you don’t get a receipt.
I think Zakir Bhai is busy with other ventures and left all to the inexperienced and unfriendly staff resulting in pathetic service.
Hope he takes these comments and improvise the service otherwise there are many players in the market it does not take much time for customers to move to another service provider.

I am not satisfied with their service at all, because when we place the order they said yes whatever we asked for..and after when transaction is done, they gonna say , no we did not tell you this. ...so this is not good at all... Next time I would not prefer to deal with them ...

Very good and reliable service. Everything is very well organized and professionally managed company. Have dealt with them several times and they deliver what they promise. One of the best places for money transfers in Ontario and the staff is good in customer service. For best rates and service this is the place. Keep up the good service.
