Collins Formal Wear was a TERRIBLE experience for us! We got a discount at a bridal show in London, Ontario and so we wanted to use them! We got married and ordered tuxes for the groom and groomsmen from there. When we first ordered the tuxes, everyone was over charged for the tuxes. They had to be reimbursed the money. One of our groomsmen lives in Alberta and we had a destination wedding in Chicago. We live in London, Ontario. He showed up the morning of the wedding wearing a red and black tux and our tuxes were grey and purple!!!!! All of our pictures were ruined and we had to rearrange the whole ceremony so that he wasnt standing at the front of the altar, etc. My husband was really disappointed because it is one of his best friends since high school! Then when called them and complained, it was empty words of apologies and empty promises saying they would make it up to us with dinner, reimbursements, etc. and it was just that...empty promises! It has been a month and a half since we got married and we have received no reimbursements, gift cards, etc. and we have called them NUMEROUS TIMES and spoken to NUMBEROUS people. Our groomsmen finally got HIS suit reimbursed after calling them over and over and over again! Us? still nothing!

DO NOT USE COLLINS FORMAL WEAR! NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF DEAL THEY GIVE YOU!
