The owner/mechanic puts on a good show and talks a good talk but when he screws up he won't act like a professional and stand behind his work or pay for the repairs. He caused more damage to our RV than what was wrong with it before he worked on it.
We paid them over $1,800 to replace the rear wheel bearings, seals, and brakes in our RV only to have the wheel bearings fail after driving less than 30 miles. He used the wrong tools to install and torque the hub spindle nuts while I watched and questioned him on it. Because the spindle nuts were not torqued properly, this allowed the hubs to wobble and wreck 3 of the 4 bearings, both seals, and one of the wheel hubs. He lied to us about not being able to get the proper sized socket for the spindle nuts and later he lied about having the socket when he completed the installation on the first side because he knew that we hadn't been watching him. We won a small claims lawsuit against the owner and he has made no effort to reimburse us.
