Save yourself the hassle with this horrible store. My son purchased a suit from them. They tailored it so wrong that he cannot fit him at all, with the suit length only going down to his stomach! They would not replace it and wanted him to buy it again! Scam

I am getting marrried on Friday Oct4th, It is the 2nd and I am going in for fitting#3 Tommorow.!!I went into to the store four months before wedding was told by a staff member that i would get 40 dollars of each suit(8tuxs),and That if i was acouple days later than that they would still honour this. I showed up to get fitted, and was told that did not apply by the manager, basically i was told that she should not have told me that, i was there 2 days after three months in advance, way too late, had to argue my case like i was lying to the manager. The manager immediatly took a very rude and stuck up about it never treated me like a customer!!Finally he agreed and told me he would be taking it out of his employees paycheck (classy). Not true but really classy i thought. So we get fitted!!I told them i would be losing some weight about thirty pounds. So i told them to adjust the measurements abit to help. Great , I was told the siuts dont come in until about a week before the wedding and we would get a call to come try them on so that if they did not fit then they had time to send them back for changes great I was also told that if that fitting didnit work that they had someone in the mall to fix them. So a week out i call to see whats up. Sorry sir the suits dont come in until 72 hours before your date alright so i wait, call back then sorry sir the suits dont come until 48 hours before your date and why have you not come in for another fitting if you had lost so much weight Oh brother it gets better!Go in for another fitting to make sure everything will be alright, guess what I guess when i lost the weight my arms decided to get longer the jacket had to go back my brithers shoes the best man looked like they had borrowed them from an second hand store. Basically 2 out of 8 rentals fit properly, I am two days out and have to make trip number three to there right in crunch time. By no way did I feel like a valued customer I was also told by the manager Barry that they where rentals well thanks Barry I had no idea way to promote your tux rentals by the way these where the most expensive rentals they carry. By no means did they make my job of dealing with the rentals easy or enjoyable i married to them now, lol But will never step foot in there store again !!!!Please try a different location or company altogether you will save youprself grief money and time!!!
