Ben did a job for me adu and jr adu
Be carful he has no lic never answer the phone call you back after 4 days
Had so many problem I had to find someone to fix it because ben by what he said is too busy to do it he got big projects.
After I hired a lic company to fix his mistakes he started complaining to city and sent them letters with code violations just to delay my project.
BE CARFUL
Please check for lic before start any job
Ben will take your money and you will need to find some one that now the job redo it
He did title 24 for me also paid another guy to do it again the right way
