Very experienced people, great to deal with any of my issues. I could go on for several pages but I have been around trucks/heavy equipment all my life and these guys rate at the top of my list.

Truck broke down, called in, Tyler came out (had to finish up a job he was on) in 2hrs. Replaced my blown brake chamber & got me rollin in no time. Professional, quick & at a fair price. You break down from Windsor to London...they should be your 1st & only call.

Ontario Mobile Truck Service has Great service. Fast, friendly and affordable. The technicians and management are professional and they are very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond what is expected from a service center. They will stop at nothing to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone who want the job done right.

in the service business, generally, I've found if you are honest, reasonably priced, and transparent it is the best way forward. This week, a simple airbag change, granted truck was loaded, none the less, generally a half hour fix. Was charged full door price while tech removed the bag and drove to the supplier for the air bag, and to re- install. In principle, the air bag had a 35% margin already applied, then the full charge on the service to drive and get the bag as well for a total of 4 hours labor @ $100/hour door rate.

All told a $176 dollar air bag(my cost) turned into $862.22 dollar deal. Be very aware when using this shop. I spoke to "JAY", who is the manager. Told him of my disappointment and in as many words said "too bad huh".

There are many reputable shops around Windsor area that deserve business instead of these people, that clearly would rather take advantage of unfortunate situations. Never again.

Not impressed. Was recently serviced at this shop and wasn't pleased with how rude the owner was. Especially after they had it in them to charge 150$/hr for their services. I personally wouldn't ever return. Hopefully find a different shop next time you need assistance in the Windsor/Essex area. Left this establishment regretting even pulling in.
