I send 4 boxes all are opened and retaped 1/3 of contents are missing mostly the expensive ones.I reported it as soon as we arrived never heard from Cesar.

The man who does the pick-up is actually the owner. He is very down-to-earth unlike other business owners. His service is fast and very efficient! I truly recommend this balikbayan door-to-door box service to all Filipinos in GVRD!
