He founded his first Caring Senior Service location in Odessa to help fill that gap in senior care. By 1994, Jeff had moved to McAllen, Texas, and opened a new Caring Senior Location there. We continue to improve our elder services to better meet the needs of our clients and bring positive changes to their lives.
