They discovered a method of freezing called flash-freezing. This process freezes food at extremely low temperatures in a matter of seconds, preserving the natural texture, taste, nutrients, and juiciness of foods so that when it’s time to cook, the great fresh taste comes through. As their reputation for quality foods and reasonable prices grew strong, so did the company. Within their second year of business, the first franchise location opened in Cambridge, Ontario and the continued success over the years has lead M&M to open over 430 stores Canada-wide, from the east to west coast as far north as the Yukon and Northwest Territories, making M&M Canada’s largest retail chain of specialty frozen foods. Ordered online because I thought it would be more convenient. Website said to wait 2 hours for the store to fill the order. I waited 2 hrs and then drove to the store only to be informed that my order could only partially be completed and was asked if I would like anything different. This is BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! They should have called or emailed me beforehand to tell me that my order wasn't available.A business should never treat customers like this.A complete waste of time and I AM NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
