We had red squirrels in our attic and Sia and his team got them out using a one way gate that allowed the adults to come out but didn’t let them back in. Later they found the babies nesting in the wall and cut out the wall and pulled out the baby squirrels. Amazing service! Highly recommend their squirrel removal service and team.

We decided to call sia wildlife control for mice control in our home. Sia found the locations where mice were coming in from and targeted those areas for treatments. We needed to remove a wasp nest and fast. All the 'big' companies told us they would be at least three weeks out. Sia came the next afternoon as promised and solved our problem in under an hour. I would highly recommend him for any wildlife control needs!

I had the pleasure of meeting Sia for my raccoon problem in Newmarket. I had started hearing noises inside my attic at night time, my neighbors told me they have seen raccoons on top of my roof. I searched for raccoon removal in Newmarket and found Sia wildlife control with great reviews.
Sia arrived at our property and within 15 minutes he had reviewed the entire roof, provided an inspection report that pinpointed all the vulnerable areas where raccoons could get into my home. I decided to do all the prevention he had recommended and we skipped the ones that were less likely to happen.
The raccoon left the attic and Sia returned to remove the door and seal the area. I have had a great experience with Sia, he was very flexible, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. Last but not least his quote didn't change when the job was done.

Sia was very friendly, approachable and flexible with pricing and his work quality was great with a 2 year warranty. He explained everything in detail and knew there were babies in the attic by our description of noises. He told us the babies were late this year and only 2 weeks old.
He returned 2 days later as promised to finish the job by removing the door and placing back the soffit.
I would recommend Sia if you have raccoons!

Sia located where most of our mice issues were coming from. With his discovery we also found that it was causing leakage into the attic and insulation.
We treated the attic with pesticides and repaired the entries to avoid mice and leakage into the attic.

We had a bat problem in our home in Newmarket. The problem was a yearly occurrence where bats would fly in through the basement, until we called Sia. Sia came and explained how they were getting in and detailed the job and expense.
The job took 6 hours and the cost was as quoted before completion. Sia waited for the bats to mature before removing the bats from the attic and suggested the results will be seen in by either winter or spring 2020.
Just as he said winter and spring came and after 4 years of bat issues we haven’t had any bats flying inside our home!
Couldn’t be happier with the service. I would recommend Sia wildlife control!

Bat baby season is a tricky process and in order to avoid dead bats inside the property, it's important to wait until they are old enough to use the one way net. When adult bats are removed, babies are unable to follow and will be left behind! We are happy to hear bats have successfully been removed from your home. Sia’s pest control team arrived on time to save the day, we had ants in our back yard and the home we needed removed. So we called Sia wildlife control and they came on short notice for our ant extermination in our Newmarket home.
