Driver was careful and respectful. The dumpster did show up, that's the two stars.

Company attempted to collect the dumpster the day after I rented it despite asking for 1 week, I emailed and that was the last communication I had.  In that one week, due to moving and working, we only filled half of it. I emailed the company at 5:11pm the day before pick up and asked for the full 10 day rental. I gave them plenty of time to see an e-mail and respond to it, they chose not to.  

I find All Service Rolloff to be a Dishonest company and poor customer service skills. The website clearly states,

Rental Time
Up to
10 Days

Additional Days: $10/day
Extra Weight: $89/ton

I was within the 10 days and was more than happy to pay the extra fee. I would suggest looking for a company that communicates, follows their own policies and checks e-mail. I now have to pay another $500 for another dumpster and hope they are a more honest and communicative business.
