I came through the drive thru it was close to closing but not quite. I got a guy who took my order by the name of Tanner. This guy had good energy. When I came around asked how I was doing, then helped to get me my order quickly. The other guy that helped his name was Keniel. He had a smile and was glad to help. I told them both and the staff that I appreciated their hard work. No joke there has not been one time I’ve come here that the service isn’t good. Maybe it’s me? I don’t know, but I do respect what they do there.

So I bought a bone-in four-piece chicken wing combo. I customized it myself. I wanted two thighs, a wing and a breast. And the thighs were the size of chicken wings and the chicken wing was half the size of the thighs. The breast was half a breast and since they cut it in half the meat was all hard and crispy and dried out. All together the four-piece bone-in meal that I got had less chicken on it than my wife's three-piece tender meal bunch of bull crap! Worst freaking Popeyes ever!!! I will never go here again!

They constantly are either running out of food which show poor planning or their card machines go down frequently. I ordered a family meal and after I waited for awhile and fulfilled drive through orders before me: they informed me they were out of biscuits. I asked how much longer if I waited for them and they said six minutes. I asked them if they could compensate me for the wait and we settle on two extra biscuits. Then the guy who had brought the biscuits in said something about my mother in Spanish and call me racist in Spanish also. Which made the lady had taken my order laugh and look at me.

This is by far the worst Popeyes that have ever had and ordered from. This is the second time this week that I received the wrong pieces of chicken or missing items. Absolute garbage. Fire everyone

All the food ordered was decent unfortunately they were out of shrimp and they also did not have any fried pickles. Also the soda machine was not working. Sounds like it happens often as another lady mentioned the last time she was at this location, it also wasn’t working. I found the deal taped to their door for a $6 meal to be intriguing, however, when I looked at my receipt, it appears I could’ve gotten the same meal I ordered for $5 and then made the choice myself whether or not I wanted to donate to toys for tots? Interesting marketing strategy for this location.
