If I could give this location zero stars I would. I ordered on the app at 6:33pm left home 10 min later and waited 46 min at the store for my food. I watched everyone who came in through drive thru or dine in come and go and still had not received my food. When I finally got it they forgot my Cajun rice, gave me classic chicken instead of spicy, and forgot my drink so I had to go back inside. It was very disorganized and disappointing. We’ve tried giving this location several chances because it’s right down the road but we will not be coming back to this location anymore.

This Popeyes location is consistently 10 to 15 minutes slower than surrounding Popeyes locations in the area. Multiple times even simple orders require waiting in the parking lot for up to 20 minutes. One time my order was given away to multiple people before us as they kept forgetting I was in the room, then after 50 minutes, and they told me to email the office to get that refund. The one on Prien Lake is light years better. Which is a shame due to this one being more in line with our way home.

Yall you cannot be taking 16 minutes to take the orders from 3 cars, on a Saturday night no less, that's crazy slow. The girl taking the orders was super nice, idk if she's waiting on food or what though. And the food here is usually good, but I have to check my order everytime before leaving the window due to errors. Like, you cant be slow AND messing up the food orders guys. Gotta do better
Update: 25 minutes total now, and im STILL not to the window. Are you gonna refund me for the gas im idling away?? How is the food not ready to go, at 9pm on Saturday??? Who is in charge? This is officially a disaster now. They've served 5 cars in almost half an hour

Food was fresh, hot but chicken was tiny tenders. Definitely getting smaller in size! Taste was was great. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered online on their app. It was ready on time when it was supposed to be for pickup. I went thru the drive-thru, not inside. Overall the food was good but we've noticed a huge decline in portion size in the chicken tenders. For the prices, they need to get bigger chicken pieces again or drop their prices.

The service at Popeyes was another highlight. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile and exuded positivity, which set a welcoming tone for my visit. It's always refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely seem to enjoy their job and are eager to make your experience enjoyable.

## The Negatives: However, the main attraction—the food—unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. The moment I bit into the chicken, I noticed it was undercooked. This was quite disappointing, as I had been eagerly anticipating that signature crispy, golden exterior with juicy, flavorful meat inside. Instead, the chicken lacked that fresh, satisfying taste Popeyes is known for, leaving me underwhelmed.
I hope this was just a rare off day for the kitchen, as I know Popeyes is capable of delivering delicious meals. Until next time, I'll remain hopeful for a more consistent dining experience.
