This place needs some thorough maintenance. The air-conditioning was out, the men's bathroom toilet was closed and it reaked of sewer. There was no sweet tea due to having no sugar to make it. The only good thing was that the chicken was decent.

Omg I love Popeye's, its like crack to me for real lol. Well i ordered on the app right before they closed before i realized it and they were closed by the time i would get there so i showed up the next day in the afternoon and the boss was very gracious and fulfilled my whole order i payed for the night before by showing him the reciept on my app and email. He was very nice and even gave me a free beans and rice to go with the whole feast i ordered. Very delightful atmosphere and friendly,helpful and kind staff.

Excellent customer service! Charles went above and beyond to communicate the short delay on our order. Our order was fresh and every item was present/accurate when we received it( sorry we have the opposite experience at other locations). Thanks again

Greedy with sauce. Super annoying def foe people that dip. We want more than 1 sauce. The chicken taste great. But they are very small. Its over $13 for a 3 piece chicken strip meal. The catch is they will be so small. More of an inch than a strip.

The employees were really nice and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. My only complaint is the restaurant could've been cleaner. There were ants all over the counter by the fountain soda machine, and the tables/benches/chairs needed to be wiped down.
