Dr. Hayes earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Oregon State University and his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences Center. He completed his residency at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys spending time on his ranch with his family and working on building and remodeling projects.
