I cannot begin to explain how amazing Teddy and Kayla are!! We had gone through a couple lenders and then found Teddy on the Washington State Housing Commission website. We had basically given up on realistically making this happen. Teddy explained and educated us on all the programs available to us, gave us clear expectations and helped us get into our first home! We are eternally grateful for the work he and his team did to get this done. I cannot recommend this team enough!!

I've worked with Teddy for literally everything mortgage-related over the last 5-6 years: my first home purchase, a refinance, my second home purchase, and then two more refinances. At this point, if Teddy told me to sign something, I'd probably just ask where.

In all seriousness, there is nobody I trust more when it comes to mortgages. He's basically the "adultier adult" in the room whenever I have a question. I can text, call, or message him with what is probably a ridiculous question, and he never makes me feel stupid for asking it. He always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense.

And if he can survive helping me buy a house while I was pregnant, hormonal, stressed, and probably not my most pleasant self, he can survive anything. Somehow, he handled my irritability and constant questions with the patience of a saint and never once made me feel like a burden.

What I appreciate most is that I've never felt like just another transaction. Even years later, I know I can still reach out with questions, and he'll help point me in the right direction. That kind of relationship is rare.

If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping people, Teddy is your guy. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We have worked with Teddy since 2023 and we couldn't be happier. He has been beyond helpful through the whole process of buying our house and the few hiccups that we have ran into.

He has been supper informative with information when something has come up or if we have reached out about questions that have come up over the years.
