The approach this time around is to create it to be more of an event center, providing great food great times, hosting an annual Farmer's Market every Sunday weather permitting Supporting local entrepreneurs, artisans and local growers. The lake is situated adjacent to the property for boaters and enjoyment of all kinds for folks, there is a Rotary RV park right next to it and this structure sits on the creek. Kayaking available for those who would like to enjoy Ducks Unlimited sanctuary for birds.
