I was disgusted how my family was treated by the manager, before the funeral was finalized, we were getting phone calls by this ignorant man asking when he will be paid and how. We had just lost the best thing in our family and he made us feel like dirt. I have never been so angry in all my life, to have my day of grieving be smudged in our hearts forever by this man. I only hope the owner of this funeral home finds out about this man, and fires him and finds someone who has the right disposition for this job.
