Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Had phoned in to order some items and was told that they would arrive by a certain time and to wait for their phone call when the items would arrive.. I received no phone call and waited and waited for the items to arrive. I still to this day have not received that phone call and went elsewhere to purchase the products that I was looking for.

I was very impressed with the service at The Baby's Palace. After looking for a particular car seat that I was able to get at a reasonable price elsewhere, the owner was able to work with me to get a better deal. He could have easily turned my wife and I down but he was kind enough to make things work on our budget. We needed to buy two seats. Also we traveled quite far to get to this store and when it came time to actually purchase our items, they stayed open later than normal to service us. I really appreciate their service. Their prices are reasonable and they are willing to work within a reasonable range. We will be going back there to purchase more items but this time at a more reasonable time.

Do not shop at this location. You WILL be lied to. We had agreed on a price with the owner, and gave a deposit. When it came time to pay for the remainder and pick-up the merchandise, the price all of a sudden changed. What the owner agreed to "throw-in" with the purchase, was longer valid, and to make things worse.. my 39-Week pregnant wife was humiliated and yelled at in front of the whole store.

I can not describe the feeling of hearing my wife on the phone, right after this had happened. I only wish that you will never have to have this happen to you.
