Holly is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. She made the selling process stress free for us. She gave great advise on what to do to make a quick sale of our property. (Some minor upgrades) It worked! If you're buying or selling this girl is the one to see :) Thanks Holly

We have used Holly twice now and highly recommend! She works hard to generate buyer interst and was always available to address our questions and concerns. She told us our house would sell in a week and it didâover asking!

Holly Rideout is the epitome of a âgo getterâ. I referred her to a friend that was looking at selling in the St. Johnâs area, and she wasted no time in helping my friend. Whether selling or buying, youâll definitely be in the best of hands with Holly. Highly recommend!
